Zurich Rat

“Zurich Rat” 40x40cm, Acrylics on Canvas. Rats are very intelligent animals but they often live in the dirt of cities. They hide the sewerage and come out in the night to take over the city. They are very underRATed and i tried to paint them in a cute way. A small plant grows through the tarmac of the city as a symbol of hope and the taking over of nature after the urban life is gone one day. Zurich flag in the background with a little dirt on it to show that not everything is gold that shines.
